Regulatory annotation in alignments of finished sequences

Please see the web site containing annotations for the 8 test regions. Note that annotations of regulatory elements are shown on the pairwise alignments for a select set of these sequences. The coordinates of regulatory elements and nucleotide level views of these annotated regions will be posted shortly. All alignment data may be transferred to the coordinates of the August freeze of the Human Genome Browser if requested.
